Officers from the Western District were called to the 1600 block of Delano Court at approximately 9 a.m. on Monday, July 17, where there was a reported shooting inside an area home.
Upon arrival, police say that the officers found a 34-year-old man and 35-year-old woman inside, both suffering from various gunshot wounds.
Paramedics were called to the home, where the man was pronounced dead and the woman was rushed to an area hospital, where she was listed in critical condition later on Monday morning.
No additional information about either victim has been provided by the police.
The shooting remains under investigation.
